Orders are processed on the same business day once payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Time & Rates

Delivery typically takes 1–4 business days, depending on your location. For Pretoria and Johannesburg we deliver same or next day.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.
Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor delivery progress.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect details.

Damaged Parcels

Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

Returns

Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Damaged or Faulty Items

If your ventilation fan or grille arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
