Shipping Policy

We aim to deliver your ventilation fans and grilles quickly and reliably.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed on the same business day once payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

 

Shipping Time & Rates

  • Delivery typically takes 1–4 business days, depending on your location. For Pretoria and Johannesburg we deliver same or next day.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.

 

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor delivery progress.

 

Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect details.

  • Someone must be available to receive and sign for the delivery where applicable.

 

Delays

  • While we strive to meet delivery estimates, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays or high demand periods).

 

Damaged Parcels

  • If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist.

Return  & Refund Policy 

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

Returns

  • Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

 

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 

Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If your ventilation fan or grille arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

 

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

 

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
